HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY PRODUCT TO SHIP?

All of our products can take 7-10 business days to ship. As a result of Covid-19 and postal delays. We are taking extra precautionary steps to protect our customers.

PURCHASED THE WRONG ITEM, CAN I EXCHANGE IT?

Orders are able to be modified within 24 hours. After 24 hours, we are unable to modify orders, please email changes with your order number, full name and address details to info@slenderellaaaa.com.

HOW TO CANCEL ORDERS?

Orders can be cancelled up until the moment they are fulfilled. Once a product order has been fulfilled, we will be unable to cancel or refund orders. Please email all cancellations to info@slenderellaaaa.com, include your order number, full name and addresses.
